At INVA Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at invajewels01@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at invajewels01@gmail.com.
